We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over ₹499.

• For orders under ₹499, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Policy

• We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Order Confirmation email once your order has confirmed, after that we'll mail/whatsapp the tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages and Returns

We take great care in packaging your order, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we are here to help.

• For domestic orders: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Please reach out to us at contact@mallikarjunajewellers.store or ping on whatsapp +918897333002 with your order number and a clear photo of the item's condition. We will address damages on a case-by-case basis. Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
• For international orders: Due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before placing it.
